[v1.0.1](https://github.com/ethereum/execution-spec-tests/releases/tag/v1.0.1) "Cancun Devnet-8 Pre-Release" adds some tests for Cancun. This PR only fixes a couple of issues; the majority of the new tests are still failing and thus are skipped in `TestExecutionSpec`.
