Add --staking
flag (#1641)
## Issue Addressed Closes #1472 ## Proposed Changes Add `--staking` ~~and`staking-with-eth1-endpoint`~~ flag to improve UX for stakers. Co-authored-by: Paul Hauner <paul@paulhauner.com>
