x86/cpufeatures: Use AWK to generate {REQUIRED|DISABLED}_MASK_BIT_SET in <asm/cpufeaturemasks.h>

Generate the {REQUIRED|DISABLED}_MASK_BIT_SET macros in the newly added AWK
script that generates <asm/cpufeaturemasks.h>.
