Herbert Xu 3846c01d42 crypto: arm/ghash-ce - Remove SIMD fallback code path 
Remove the obsolete fallback code path for SIMD and remove the
cryptd-based ghash-ce algorithm.  Rename the shash algorithm to
ghash-ce.
